Who says beer has to be golden yellow, amber, or brown? The appropriately named Drift Ice Draft allows you to cool your hot summer down with a visually cool color, like cerulean blue.
The taste is supposedly very refreshing, with a crisp finish. And don’t let the unnatural blue look scare you, as it uses crocin, a natural food dye to apply its signature shade.
Who’s ready to order some blue beer and with their blue curry?
Another colorful beer is the seasonal Belgium Cherry draft, served at Bikkuri Donkey. It’s quite delicious, maybe a little too sweet for the main course, but I can’t help but order it due to it’s novelty. I would love to line all three together to create a beer traffic light!
